CarWhoWa is a parking-notice service that contacts the vehicle owner through a QR Code. Owners create a unique QR Code. When someone needs to get in touch, they scan it and send a notice, without the owner having to publish a private phone number at the start. Parking contact becomes simpler and more reassuring.
A parking QR Code is a way for others to reach the owner. Place your unique code on the front or rear windshield where it is easy to see. If someone needs the car moved, they scan the code and send a message, without knowing the owner’s phone number in advance.
No. With CarWhoWa, you decide whether to show a phone number from the start. You can display the number immediately, or let others send a move-car notice through the QR Code first. If the system’s contact conditions are met, the phone number is shown so someone with an urgent need can still call. Privacy and reachability stay in balance.
A number left on the car can be collected by anyone walking by, which raises the chance of unknown calls, harassment, or scam messages. With CarWhoWa you can receive QR Code notices first and reduce unnecessary exposure of your number, while still remaining reachable.
If the car has a CarWhoWa parking QR Code, scan it with your phone camera to open the contact page and send a message. You do not need to download an app, register, or join as a member. If the system’s contact conditions are met, the page will also show the owner’s phone number so you can call directly.
Place it on the inside of the front or rear windshield, somewhere visible and easy to scan, without blocking the driver’s view. Make sure it can still be scanned clearly from outside the car.
It depends on the owner’s contact settings. If the number is public, you can view it and call. If the owner prefers messages first, send a move-car note on the page. When the system’s contact conditions are met, the number appears automatically so you can call.
CarWhoWa limits how many notices can be sent in the same contact flow, so owners are not flooded with repeat messages. After the limit is reached, further pushes stop and the owner’s phone number is shown according to the contact rules. This reduces repeat notices, but cannot completely prevent every abusive scan.
No. CarWhoWa is a web service. Register as a member, then add vehicles, set contact details, and get your parking QR Code on the owner website. You can manage everything from a browser, anytime.
No. Scan the QR Code with your phone camera to open the contact page and send a message. No app, no registration. Scan and reach the owner.
Yes. CarWhoWa offers free and paid plans. The free plan already covers basic scan-to-contact and move-car notices. If you need more vehicles, a higher message quota, or extra features, choose a paid plan that fits.
Usually no. Contact is anonymous by default. Scanners do not register and do not have to give a name or phone number. The owner sees the notice and message, but not the scanner’s personal contact details. If you voluntarily write your name, number, or other personal info in the message, the owner may still learn who you are from that text.
CarWhoWa keeps conversation history so owners can review it on the owner website. How long it stays visible depends on the plan. After that window, records stop showing on the site. That does not mean they are wiped from backend systems immediately, but they are cleaned up later on a schedule. Back up anything important while you can still view it.
You can log in to the owner website at any time and download the same QR Code again, or generate a new one, at no extra charge. If you suspect the old code is being misused, you can disable it so others cannot keep using it.
Yes. Log in to the owner website and update the plate number and contact details tied to the existing QR Code. You do not need a new code or an extra fee. After the update, the same QR Code keeps working.
Yes. Log in to the owner website and disable a specific parking QR Code whenever you need. After that, others can no longer send move-car notices through that code.
Yes. CarWhoWa can deliver move-car notices through different channels. Log in to the owner website and change the method whenever you like. Available channels depend on what the system currently offers.
Wait a moment. CarWhoWa sends the message through the owner’s chosen channel. If the system’s contact conditions are met, the page will show the owner’s phone number so you can call instead of sending more notices.
Check the notice settings on the owner website, and whether the messaging app is receiving messages normally. Network issues, the messaging platform, or a used-up quota can also block notices. If settings look correct and you still get nothing, contact support.
Go to the CarWhoWa owner website and follow the steps to create a member account. You can then add vehicles, set contact details, and create your parking QR Code. Everything is done in the browser, with no app required.
Log in to the owner website, open the notice settings, and update your contact details and delivery channel. Later notices will follow the new settings.
If you no longer need a vehicle’s parking QR Code, disable it on the owner website first. To delete vehicle data or the member account, use the account tools on the site or contact support to confirm the process.
No. Your existing QR Code keeps working after an upgrade. New plan features and quotas apply, and the same code follows the new plan rules.
Not necessarily. You can buy a basic plan per vehicle, or choose a higher plan that covers multiple cars and QR Codes. Vehicle limits and features differ by plan. Pick what matches how you actually park.
Credit cards and mobile wallets are supported, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Choose whichever is convenient at checkout.
CarWhoWa offers auto-renewal and one-time purchases. Auto-renewal charges the next period when the current one ends. A one-time plan is charged only at purchase and ends when the term expires, with no further charge. You can check your plan, expiry, and next charge date (if any) on the owner website.
A failed auto-renewal charge may affect paid-plan access. Retry rules depend on the payment and subscription settings. Update your payment details promptly so service is not interrupted.
Log in to the owner website and go to Home > Member > Personal info to update the company tax ID, the mobile barcode used to receive Taiwan e-invoices, the charity donation code, and email. New settings apply to e-invoices issued afterwards, not to invoices already issued.
Log in to the owner website and go to Billing > Billing history to review past purchases, payment details, and Taiwan e-invoice information.
Free and paid plans mainly differ by how many vehicles you can manage, message quota, how long conversation history stays visible, and other feature limits. Choose based on how many cars you have and how often you use notices. See the latest plan details on the website.
When the quota is used up, the system pauses move-car notifications. People who scan your QR Code will see the phone number instead, so they can still call. Contact is not cut off just because notices have stopped.
Yes. If you are on the free plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you like. Paid plans cannot be downgraded or switched in place; choose a new subscription if you want a different plan. Check current and available plans on the owner website.
Yes. After a paid plan expires, the service falls back to the free plan. The original QR Code keeps working, with no need to generate or print a new one. Vehicle count, quota, and other features then follow free-plan rules. You can resubscribe whenever you need the extra features again.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If there is a special case or a payment error, contact support. We review each request against the refund policy. Rights to a refund or to cancel a contract under applicable law are not limited by this general rule.
Each request is reviewed against the refund policy, how the subscription was used, and the reason given. A decline usually means the conditions were not met. If you have questions about the result, contact support. Statutory refund or cancellation rights are not limited by the ordinary policy.
After a request is approved, CarWhoWa processes the refund. Timing depends on the payment method, the payment provider, and the card issuer. Contact support if you need a status update.
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Card or wallet payments are reversed on the same rails. Cash and bank transfers are not offered. Actual posting time still follows the provider and issuer.
Yes. On the owner website homepage, select the plan you want to cancel to stop auto-renewal. You will not be charged again, and you keep paid features until the current term ends. Features then follow the plan rules. Cancelling auto-renewal does not cut access immediately.
